I just got this sorted out, if anyone is following.
I messaged on their WHOOP Instagram and someone helped me out. It was some glitch and they don’t know what happened. I have my annual membership intact now.
I must say that the support@whoop.com is the most useless customer support. For such an expensive product their support system is extremely lacking. I can’t believe that my problem was sorted in 15mins after messaging on Instagram and the customer support via email troubled me for 2 days.
@whoop If you are listening, please get a better customer support in place if not you will lose a lot of customers. Unless ofcourse you want to trouble your customers.
