I used Whoop 4 for 2 months from Dec 2025 to Feb 2026.
After which I purchased the Whoop 5 Peak 1 year membership from the Whoop India Website on EMI.
I received the band in a few days and connected to the already installed app on my phone.
After I connected the new Whoop to the app, the membership status changed to “expires in March 2027”.
Now, after 2 weeks of using the app and band , suddenly it now says, membership expired and I have no access to any data.
I am new to WHOOP and Im clueless about this.
30k isn’t a small amount and not having access to instant customer care is driving me crazy.
What can I do now ?
