My membership has expired, again. I activated my whoop on the 3rd of april 2025, it was annual. isn’t it supposed to work for 1 year? please fix my issue asap

I have placed order 24 months plan and when the device was delivered and i sigh up by creating new account it didn’t show my subscription of 24 plan to account and asking for the payment and i entered my card details it says your payment will be collect of 29 July 2025 . Could you please help me with this
