Membership changed without my concern

Hi, I was paying monthly for my membership and you charged me annually without my concern. I need my money back so I can continue paying monthly. And also I want to downgrade since I used to live in a country where I could have my life benefits but here in the Domincan Republic you can not give them. Please help.
