Membership & all data erased

I already have a membership and I got logged out of the App and when I logged back in I found all my data erased and my membership was gone and app is asking me to do a new membership although I already have a 1 year membership that I just did, can anyone help?

It looks like there is a chance you are using the wrong email address to log in. Double check which email you have associated with your original WHOOP account.

Your data is not deleted just because you logged out or had to log back in. WHOOP retains your historical data unless your membership has been canceled and the data deletion was specifically requested. If your membership is active, your past data should still be available once you log in with the correct account credentials.

Some other steps to try if you are still running into this issue after checking the email…

  1. Make sure your WHOOP app is updated to the latest version from your device’s app store.

  2. Try clearing the app cache (on Android) or reinstalling the app (on iOS) to resolve any sync issues.

  3. Check that you are not using a VPN or try switching between WiFi and cellular data to rule out network issues.
