I want to know the maximum depth that I can take a Whoop 5.0 on a scuba dive.

The WHOOP 5.0 is water-resistant with an IP68 rating, which means it can handle being underwater up to 10 meters (about 32 feet) for as long as 2 hours. You’re good to go for everyday things like showering, swimming in a pool or the ocean, or even taking a bath.
That said, it’s not built for diving or scuba especially in deeper or high-pressure conditions. If you’re planning a dive, it’s best to take your WHOOP off to avoid any damage.
