Hi devs,
For those of us who are trained athletes and have accurate lab-tested V02 max and zone data the generic zones are very far off…to the point of making strain and recommendations pretty useless. A simple fix would be to add manual zone data for people with testing. I’m running at an easy zone 2 and the app is reporting extended zone 4 workouts. Adjusting the max heart rate doesn’t make it more accurate. Thanks for the consideration.
