Hi WHOOP team,
My wife recently lost her WHOOP 4.0 while swimming in the sea. She’s part of my Family Membership, and originally I had gifted her the 4.0 after I upgraded to WHOOP 5.0 myself.
Now that she’s lost her device, I’d like to get her a WHOOP 5.0 – but I can’t find an option to purchase just the device for her anywhere on shop.whoop.com. The only workaround I see is removing her from the Family Membership and hoping she’ll be able to upgrade to 5.0 on her own.
Could you please advise the best way forward in this situation? We’d appreciate any guidance you can provide.
