My son lost his whoop 4.0. I would like to order a replacement whoop 4.0 or a new whoop 5.0. How do I do this? His membership is paid for 2 years. When I click on the link provided for a replacement whoop I am not able to add it to my cart. I would be willing to buy a new whoop 5.0 but not sure how to do so when he already has an account. Please advise.
you can find all links to replacements at the bottom up this support article. Make sure you are logged into your son’s WHOOP account when adding the replacement to the cart. This let’s out site know the replacement matches your membership type.
Please note that a replacement WHOOP “strap” contains a band and the sensor.
Hi Liv - The link in the article is broken. It does not matter what type of browser or clearing cache. It is broken and it shows the same for other users. Can you please direct to a correct link so your customers can please get a replacement?
