I have lost my sensor and one of my bands
The AI assistant and support links for ordering a new one lead to nowhere
I have been paying annually for over two years now and this is the first time i have dealt with this issue - some consideration for loyalty would be appreciated.
So far, I have been able to pause my membership so far on the app.whoop webpage - this is only a temporary measure - 3 months max
Are there any humans available to help me with this issue?
