I recently received my WHOOP but unfortunately I lost it before being able to use it properly. It’s currently out of battery and I can’t locate it. I’m also past the 30-day return window, but I’d like to know if there’s any option to cancel my membership or send back the strap if I find it later.
Thanks for taking the time to write in. Since you are past the 30-day return window, WHOOP does not accept returns of the device or strap anymore. However, you can still cancel your membership by scheduling it to end at the conclusion of your current membership term.
Select “Cancel Your Membership” and follow the steps to schedule cancellation
If you find your WHOOP device later, you can keep using it with your membership until it ends. Returning the device after 30 days is not accepted, so you would not be able to send it back for a refund.
