Lost connection whoop 5.0

Sorry to hear you are having connectivity issues. A few things usually help get the WHOOP 5.0 Peak syncing smoothly again:

  • Make sure both the WHOOP app and your phone’s software are fully updated.

  • Keep the app running in the background instead of force closing it.

  • Restart both your phone and the WHOOP band.

  • Try unpairing it from Bluetooth, then re-pairing through the app.

  • Double check the band is charged above 20% and see if a firmware update is available in the app.
