Hi! I get my whoop 5.0 peak yesterday. And it’s disconnected 3 times already. After night I expected that it was tracking my sleep- but in the morning I saw “disconnected”. Now it’s afternoon- and again disconnected. And to wake it up takes 10 minutes with charger, bluetooth switch off and forget device, shutting down application. For now it’s the worst tracker I’ve ever had. Support still doesn’t answer.

Sorry to hear you are having connectivity issues. A few things usually help get the WHOOP 5.0 Peak syncing smoothly again:

Make sure both the WHOOP app and your phone’s software are fully updated.

Keep the app running in the background instead of force closing it.

Restart both your phone and the WHOOP band.
-
Try unpairing it from Bluetooth, then re-pairing through the app.
-
Double check the band is charged above 20% and see if a firmware update is available in the app.
Give those a shot and hopefully it’ll stay connected. If not, let me know and we can dig into it further together.

I’ve done everything you write below.
At least five times. After your email it disconnected at 5 p.m. when I was on my way to my engagement party ![]()
I awoke it at 10.30 p.m. at home with charger (when I slide on whoop charger) - it is the only one way to wake it up.
Then I go to sleep and in the morning I found that it was disconnected at 4.22 a.m. (according to Last Sync on app).
I just wake it up again, it’s fully charged to 100%.
So after 3 days of use I have only 2 days (even this 2 days not full time it was working) with only one night (not full only till 4.22 a.m.) progress.
And I need to take everywhere in my bag this charger to wake it up and I’m like a paranoid should check app every 10 minutes to prove that it is still working ![]()
For now as first experience for device that cost me almost 250$ and I was waiting for it when it comes to Ukraine for 2 weeks - all this is very dissappointing.
Firmware ver 50.33.2.0
App is updated
IOS ver 18.6.2
I hope we can find solution ![]()

Passed almost 4 days after your response on my email. I already stopped even to count how often device switched off on my wrist. It switching off randomly. It can be turned on only by putting charger on it. How can we solve this problem? Will you refund me? Or change device? Any solution? Or just silence?)

I hope you are doing well.
I am experiencing an issue with my WHOOP 5 band. I accidentally removed the device from my Android phone’s Bluetooth settings, and since then, my WHOOP no longer appears in the list of available Bluetooth devices. I have tried pairing through both the Bluetooth menu and the WHOOP app, but the device does not show up at all.
I have already tried the following steps:

Restarted my Android device.

Restarted the WHOOP band.

Placed the WHOOP on the charger to trigger pairing mode.

Reset Bluetooth settings on my phone (Network Reset).

Cleared Bluetooth cache (where possible).

Reinstalled the WHOOP app.
Unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved, and I am unable to reconnect the band.
Could you please assist me in re-pairing my WHOOP 5 or advise if the device needs a manual reset/recovery procedure?
