I suddenly cannot connect my whoop to the app tried everything to try to reconnect and my whoop repairing light is not working
Hey @J7777,
Thanks for writing in. It sounds like your WHOOP sensor is not entering pairing mode, and the pairing light is not coming on. Here are some steps to try:
-
Make sure your WHOOP sensor is charged using the WHOOP battery pack and that the charger LED lights up when plugged in.
-
Take the WHOOP off your wrist and hold the sensor by its sides so the green LEDs underneath turn off.
-
Tap the top of the sensor firmly and continuously with two fingers until you see only blue flashing lights. This indicates pairing mode is active.
-
Open the WHOOP app and follow the prompts to pair your sensor.
-
If you see flashing blue and white lights, keep tapping firmly until only blue lights remain.
-
Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is on and that the WHOOP app has the necessary permissions.
If the pairing light still does not come on or the sensor won’t connect after these steps, please reach out to support@whoop.com.
Hi I already send out email contacting whoop support team and provided my information with sensor id and videos but no one response they just keep asking for my information when I respond to them they don’t comeback with any solution.
