Loose Sensor Pin Attachment – Replacement Request

I am experiencing a problem with my WHOOP band and sensor. The plastic area where the band pin attaches to the sensor has become loose and enlarged, causing the band to detach easily. This makes it difficult and risky to wear my device.

What concerns me more is that it has not even been 10 days since I started using my WHOOP device. I have handled the device carefully and did not expect this issue to occur so quickly. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this and help with a replacement or suitable resolution at the earliest.
