My wire doesn’t want to wear her Whoop on her wrist like I do. What other location options would possibly work for her?
Hi @Scooper6312, thank you for the note.
Your wife has several options if she doesn’t want to wear her WHOOP on her wrist! WHOOP offers specialized apparel and accessories (known as WHOOP Body or Any-Wear™ garments) that allow the sensor to be comfortably worn on other parts of the body:
- Bicep or Arm: Bicep bands, arm sleeves and compression tops.
- Torso: Sports bras, bralettes, tanks, and even leggings/shorts designed with discreet pockets for the sensor.
- Waist/Glute: Leggings, shorts, and even some underwear and boxer briefs have secure pouches for the sensor.
The key is to use the compatible WHOOP Body apparel (with a snug fit) to keep the sensor in direct contact with the skin for the best accuracy. For sleep, WHOOP recommends wrist placement for optimal data, but for day and workout wear, these options work great.
You can browse the options in the WHOOP Shop, just look for “WHOOP Body” or “Any-Wear” products. Here’s the link: https://shop.whoop.com/en-us/collections/whoopbody/?order_by=featured
