My whoop did not record my sleep for last night! I registered the 19th as a sick day in my journal. When I woke up this morning 20th it told me it wasn’t able to record my sleep and only shows the info for the 19th. The top of my journal shows the 19th and 20th as combined. How do I fix this ! Please note I am not tech savvy!

If your WHOOP is stuck showing yesterday’s data, it may be due to syncing delays or connectivity issues. Here are some steps to try to fix this:
-
Keep the WHOOP app open and your sensor nearby for at least 30 seconds during a reboot.
-
Manually reboot your WHOOP sensor by going to Device Settings in the app, then Advanced, and selecting Reboot Device.
-
Force close and reopen the WHOOP app.
-
Make sure your phone has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
-
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and your WHOOP device is connected.
-
Check that Airplane mode is off and background syncing permissions are enabled.
-
Keep your WHOOP strap securely on your wrist to maintain connection.
-
Check for any available firmware updates in Device Settings > Update Firmware.
The WHOOP device can store up to 14 days of data locally, so your data is not lost and will sync once the connection is stable.
