Issues with my email

Hi everyone I am trying to change my email in the whoop system but when I write down my new preferred email and press save it says there was an problem. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

To update your email address in the WHOOP system, please follow these steps in the WHOOP mobile app:

  1. Open the WHOOP app and log in.

  2. Tap the More tab on the navigation bar.

  3. Go to My Account > Profile Information.

  4. Tap the email field, enter your new email address, and confirm the change.

  5. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from WHOOP and tap the confirmation link to complete the update.

If you encounter a problem saving the new email, please ensure:

  • The new email address is not already linked to another WHOOP account.

  • There are no typos in the email address.

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for the confirmation email.
