Hi everyone I recently connected my WHOOP band to my new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 without any issues, but it’s barely syncing or transferring any data. Has anyone experienced this problem, and how can I fix it?
Hey! Thanks for sharing. Are you new to WHOOP? If so, it will take a few days to fully calibrate and start giving you a full-rounded picture of your health data.
If you’ve been a member and are just transferring to a new phone, can you provide some details on what you mean by “barely syncing”? Examples would be super helpful too.
