“Healthspan card is visible on the Health tab, but WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging have not updated since Sept 21, 2025, despite >21 logged sleeps/recoveries in the last 31 days. Healthspan toggle does not appear under More → Healthspan.” Can some one advise
Hey @azzfaar,
It looks like your Healthspan card is showing up — great sign. That means you’ve already hit the first requirement of logging 21 recoveries or sleeps in the past 31 days. Nice work.
That said, your WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging haven’t updated since Sept 21, 2025, and the Healthspan toggle is missing under More → Healthspan. A couple things to keep in mind:
A few quick reminders on how Healthspan works:
-
WHOOP Age updates once a week on Sundays and reflects longer-term health trends based on about six months of data.
-
Pace of Aging is based on more recent 30-day data, so it usually moves a bit faster.
-
Healthspan takes roughly 90 days of steady data before it fully dials itself in.
-
To keep the insights flowing, you’ll want to wear your WHOOP at least 21 days each month.
-
Consistent sleep, strain, and activity logging matters — especially VO2 Max and resting heart rate, which drive a lot of the calculations.
About that missing toggle:
You should see the Healthspan option under More → Healthspan if you’re eligible (18+, on Peak or Life membership, and using WHOOP 4.0/5.0 or MG hardware).
If it’s not there, try updating your WHOOP app and restarting your phone/device — the classic “turn it off and on again” really does fix most things. Also double-check your birthdate and profile info, since that data feeds into the Healthspan metrics.
If you’ve been wearing WHOOP consistently and everything looks correct but the metrics still aren’t updating, don’t stress it — let the next Sunday update cycle run and check again.
