Issue How can I fix it

My wristband broke right after a workout. I’ve only had it for less than a month. I purchased it in store at Best Buy, so I don’t have an online order number to provide.

I’ve been trying to get help through customer service, but I keep being asked for an order number. Since this was an in store purchase, I can’t to provide one.

I would really appreciate your assistance with this issue and guidance on how to proceed with a replacement or warranty claim. Please let me know what information you need from me instead. I got proof of transaction and everything.
