On 19/7/2026 I ordered whoop ( the free trial ) and later that day I told my friend and he recommended me to buy the 5.0 MG ( Life ) and we went to VIRGIN store and I bought the 5.0 MG I went to the app and cancelled the free trial and pay the cancellation fee but unfortunately in the app it says that I have the peak version instead of life and my subscription is with the peak not the mg ,
what should I do .
