Is anyone getting “recommended bedtime” notification from their Whooo software of crazy times like 3:15am?

I find it very strange because I know that sleep science generally does not suggest going to bed very late in this way, and in fact I get almost daily separate sleep recommendation to improve my sleep consistency by going to bed earlier and waking up earlier than I already do. See attached screenshot.

Change your wake up time.
Whoop just calculates the time in bed you need and subtracts it from your wake up time.
When setting your wake up time you’ll see a recommended range for times to go to sleep / wake up, based on your existing sleeping patterns.
