Hi WHOOP team,
I’m writing from IronAI Fitness (https://ironai.fitness), an AI-powered fitness platform that helps athletes personalize their training using recovery, sleep, strain, and workout data.
Our WHOOP integration allows members to connect their data to IronAI so we can provide better training recommendations based on how recovered and ready they are each day. It is a natural use of WHOOP data and gives athletes another reason to keep WHOOP central to their training.
We submitted our app for approval months ago and have followed the formal process, but we still have not received a response or status update. The integration is built, tested, and ready. We are not asking to bypass the review—we simply need help getting our application reviewed and approved.
The delay is affecting members who want to connect WHOOP to IronAI. They can connect other supported wearables, but WHOOP users are still waiting. That creates frustration for our members and prevents us from delivering the complete experience we have built around WHOOP data.
We believe IronAI is a strong use case for WHOOP because we turn recovery and strain insights into practical, personalized training decisions.
