I continue to get incorrect readings for my calories. I do F45; am 6’3 and 237 pounds and it says I burned only 243 calories in a 45 minute muscular HIIT session: Being the wrist was inaccurate I bought the bicep band only to find it’s equally inaccurate it. I love this concept, but does feel a tad bit gimmicky. What is being doing to work on the accuracy of this product? Might go back to Garmin for accuracy next work out to compare. They are known for being spot on. Curious your feedback.
really depends on the intensity of the workout. HIIT is either a hit or miss. your session could have had more rest periods? id say for a 45 min session 400-500 is reasonable if your heart rate was above 150 the whole time
Thank you. That sounds about right to me to. In F45 over 45 minutes the break is a max approx 1.5 minutes. So it’s near constant which is why I believe the data the device provides is simply inaccurate. Appreciate the response.
