I'm facing severe data sync and connectivity issues

Hello I’m facing severe data sync issues and connectivity issues on my whoop 5. The device keeps on getting disconnected during workouts as well as whenever I’m recording any activity and in general as well.

I’m getting only about 7-8 days of battery and this is on normal usage only. I’ve updated the firmware, rebooted my device as well as my phone. App is up to date but still I’m facing these issues from a long time.

Please look into it asap.

Hi @AkshayG101 ! Tanks for sharing all of that detail, and I’m sorry to hear this has been going on for so long! On WHOOP 5.0, you should typically see up to ~14 days of battery life, so consistently getting only 7–8 days, combined with frequent disconnections during activities, isn’t expected.

I see you are in touch with Support; if the troubleshooting points to a hardware issue, they will definitely replace your sensor under warranty :slight_smile:
