I purchased a WHOOP 5.0 annual membership after the trial, but I still haven’t received the AED 425 refund from my trial payment after almost 20 days. I’m also waiting for an update on my device exchange and wireless charger.

Surprise! Just got to know that if you go through trial and then you pay 264 Eur, you will not get a new device neither the wireless charger. This is not well explained when you go for the trial verison. What is reall y crazy here is that if you dont go through the trial and you pay the 264 Eur for the Peak, you get a new sensor and a wireless charger for the same money. The only option Whoop provides is to upgrade to the MG for additional 89 Eur to get a new device and the wirless charger. This is nonsense and a clear sales trap.
