I am interested in the progression of my health and fitness as a complete picture through Whoop. I want to be able to access and analyze this data and track it over longer periods, years… It would be nice if there was an AI bot that could help analyze data and see trends and changes to our performance, health, and everything else over time. Any way to do this in Whoop, I only see the option for 6 months. I am a 57-year-old wildland fire captain and my 6 months of information doesn’t help much, I need year over year data, just to see how I am progressing or regressing or whatever else.
If you’d like to export your health data from the WHOOP app, here’s a quick step-by-step:
Open the WHOOP app on your device.
Tap the More icon in the navigation bar.
(If you see a Profile icon instead, tap that first, then tap the three lines at the top of the screen.)
Head to Settings.
Choose Privacy & Data Management.
Find the option to request a data export or download your health report.
Follow the prompts to submit your export request.
Once submitted, you’ll get an email—usually within 24 hours—with a link to download your data. It’ll arrive in CSV format, which you can easily open in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
