I subscribed to a one-year plan, but when I activated my Whoop account, it shows only a one-month plan

I even opened a support ticket to ask about this, but I haven’t received any reply. Is this the normal level of support?

Hey @sophanit314! If you signed up for the one-year plan but your account is showing a one-month membership, it might just be a display or activation hiccup. A couple quick things you can check:

  • Make sure you completed the full checkout flow for the one-year plan
  • Confirm you’re logged into the right WHOOP account (sometimes folks accidentally create more than one)
  • In the app or web app, check the Membership section to see what plan is actually active
  • Heads up: the app sometimes shows weekly or monthly views tied to goals and progress, that’s separate from your actual membership length

If everything looks right but it’s still showing one month, support@whoop.com will be able to help.
