I returned my free trial device a week ago but got charged

I requested to end my free trial, return the device, and cancel my membership. I received the return label on April 26 and shipped the device on April 30. According to the tracking information (1Z R1C 792 90 0146 6176), the package was delivered on May 1.

However, my free trial ended today and I was still charged. Since the device was returned before the trial period ended, I kindly request that this charge be canceled and refunded immediately.
