Thanks for reaching out — I’m happy to clarify how Family Plan billing works.

Family Plans are billed based on the number of memberships on the plan, not the number of devices currently in use. That means if your plan includes three members, the annual charge reflects all three, even if only two devices are being worn.

We are typically unable to reimburse memberships mid-cycle. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days after purchase and require the return of any unused devices.

Our Membership Services team can help make sure you’re only paying for what you need moving forward. If there’s an extra member on your Family Plan who shouldn’t be there, they can remove them so future billing reflects the correct number of memberships. Please reach out to support@whoop.com.
