I payed anual subscription and now i cant pair the device to my account

A few months ago, I signed up for the Whoop trial period. I tried it and really liked it. I went through the whole process, created an account, and paired the device. When the trial ended, I returned it.

A month later, a colleague sent me a link/invite to join the Whoop Peak annual membership. I clicked on the link, selected the Whoop Peak plan, and paid for the annual subscription with a discount. Now that I’ve received the Whoop package, I tried to log into my existing account, but it asks me to renew the subscription and pay the annual fee again.

The problem is that I already made the payment, and I don’t know how to solve this. Can anyone help me?
