I had a free trial a couple months ago, then gave the band back. Now, with black friday, I bought a yearly peak membership. I got the band, but in the app, it say that my membership expired and it tries to sell me another sub which I paid already.
It seems Whoop does not track this kind of operation and does not update memberships for recurring users. Wrote a mail to support, bothering situation.
All good now, customer service was very fast and re-activated the sub.
