If i already had an account and then bought a whoop one membership on the same account but at the discounted price for the new members, will I still be able to activate my account with my old whoop or do I need to wait till my new one comes in?

If you already have a WHOOP account and purchased a new WHOOP membership at the discounted new member price on the same account, you can activate your membership with your existing WHOOP device. You do not need to wait for your new device to arrive to activate your membership.
If you have a WHOOP 4.0 sensor, you can reactivate your membership on WHOOP Peak and continue using that device. When your new device arrives, you can upgrade your membership and hardware if you choose to.
So, you can start using your membership right away with your old WHOOP device.
I have tried to activate my whoop on my account but its saying I do not have a membership but I got charged for it and everything. So I was wondering who I need to talk to about this situation, since my shipment got delayed and Im not gonna be able to get my new one in time before I leave.
