I NEED HELP ASAP because i cant open my return labels, errors everywhere

Hi everyone,

I’m really hoping someone from Whoop Support or the community can help me, because this situation has become incredibly frustrating. I’m extremely disappointed with how this return process has gone. I tried to return my Whoop band before the deadline, but every single return-label link I received shows the same “external error.” I’ve tried different devices, browsers, and networks, and nothing works. The links simply do not function at all.

To make things worse, there is no working support button or contact option anywhere that works without AI, so I had absolutely no way to report the issue in time. Now I’m facing a cancellation fee above €100, even though the delay is caused entirely by the broken return links provided by Whoop. That feels completely unfair. I want to return the device, but I literally cannot do that without a working label.

I’m asking that someone from Whoop please send me a functioning return label as soon as possible and confirm that the cancellation fee will be waived, because this situation is completely out of my control. I honestly expected better support, and I hope this can be resolved quickly.
