I lost my whoop & whoop band

I lost my whoop & whoop band. The reason is actually that the lock of the band is veryt bad, it opens easily. And now I lost it.

questions:

(1) How can I retrace it? Is there ia built-in GPS so can identify the last location?
(2) in case I cannot retrace it, how can I block/deacitvate my whoop, so nobloday else can use it
(3) what options do I have to replace.

Thx

Hi @LeoLucas,

I’m sorry to hear about your lost WHOOP and band. Here are answers to your questions:

  1. Retracing/Locating Your WHOOP:
WHOOP does not have built-in GPS, so it cannot be tracked or located independently. Any GPS tracking for activities relies on your mobile device while you are using the WHOOP app. If you did not have your phone with you and GPS tracking enabled during your last activity, there is no way to identify the last location of your WHOOP.

  2. Blocking/Deactivating Your WHOOP:
There is no way to remotely block or deactivate your WHOOP device to prevent someone else from using it. If you are concerned about your data, you can unpair the device from your app and remove it from your Bluetooth settings.

  3. Replacement Options:
WHOOP’s warranty does not cover lost or stolen devices. If you need a replacement, you will need to purchase a new device and band. You can view replacement options and compatible accessories at shop.whoop.com.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
