I recently purchased the Whoop 5.0 device, which I received today. I have successfully completed all the steps of the registration process, however, I find it impossible to move forward to the final stage corresponding to the “Terms and Conditions.” Despite repeated attempts, the app does not respond and, after several repetitions, the message “something went wrong” is displayed.
Could anyone help me with this situation? I have already deleted cookies and tried to register from a different mobile device, without obtaining positive results.
