I can't reactivate my new Whoop 5.0 Membership!?

Hello, I had the 30 days trial version. I’ve canceled it after 30 days. Now one month later ive ordered the “one” version but I can not reactivate my account, with the new whoop. In my App I’ve got the info I have to buy a membership to reactivate. But I’ve ordered the one already and connect the whoop to the app already. What I have to do?
