I get the following error during a new pair: Something went wrong. There was an issue looking up your account. Please try again. If this issue persists, contact support.
I have contacted support without much luck. I had tried the following:
Use a different email
Delete the app, shutdown the phone, remove bluetooth connection and start the pairing process. (I was able to set the device in pairing mode)
Use mobile data instead of wifi. (also no vpn was used)
Tried to use a different iPhone.
None of the steps above helped.
If I close and open the app, i’m greeted by Welcome To WHOOP and asks me to introduce all the personal data. After I complete all the steps I get a screen with a message “Something went wrong” and nothing else.
If I reopen the app the same process restarts with entering personal info.
