Tried all the steps on line. Can’t get Bluetooth to pair
Hi @hobinskie,
Thanks for writing in. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble pairing your WHOOP via Bluetooth. Below are some key steps to try if you haven’t already. If you’ve troubleshot thoroughly and are still having problems, please reach out to support@whoop.com.
-
Force close the WHOOP app and reopen it.
-
In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget or unpair any previously connected WHOOP devices.
-
Restart your phone completely (power off, wait 10 seconds, then power on).
-
Put your WHOOP into pairing mode by removing it from your wrist, waiting for the green lights to turn off, then tapping the top of the sensor firmly and continuously with two fingers until the side LED pulses blue.
-
Open the WHOOP app, go to Device Settings (tap the device icon top right), then Advanced > Pair a Device, and select your WHOOP sensor from the list.
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on, and the WHOOP app has the necessary permissions enabled. Also, ensure your phone’s OS and the WHOOP app are updated to the latest versions.
