I can not reach Activity Settings in the app

Hi, since yesterday i can not reach my activity setting because the datapoint is not there.


and when i click on app settings my profile is showing up.
The same when i click Tutorials.
This means i can not change my max HF and the zones. Ican also not connect to strava.

Anybody have the same problem?

I’m having the same issue since the last update. The App Settings page seems broken and looping me back to my profile.

In the Moment it seems that WHOOP dont connect to Apple Health as well. After the tips from Support, deinstalling the App and reinstalling, it dont pop up in the Apps section from Apple Health.

Same problem. After several emails to support I received this information.

“Thank you for getting back in touch. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This is being looked into and will be resolved in due time.

If you have any questions in future, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Thank you for being a part of Team WHOOP!”

So, I guess we just wait for “due time”

Till now i tryed several devices like android, iphone´s, ipad. nothink works.

For me it looks like an Account Problem, not an device problem…

Otherwise many people have this problem.

The app updated to 5.9.0 on iOS. Nothing changed here. I can not reach App Settings.
That means I can not connect to Apple Health. I can not set my max HR and HR Zones, can not connect to Strava. I can not connect for my nutrition via Yazio. The Whoop App is not to find in Apple Health.
That’s really bad since 1 Week.

I dont know how, but for me its fixed.
This morning my homescreen switched from Profile to more in the Right bottom. Now I can use the App completeley.
