I signed up for the 30-day trial this month but on a 4.0 trial… can I upgrade to the 5.0?
Yes! You can upgrade to a 5.0 device through the upgrade flow in the app or on our website—even if you’re currently on a trial.
Just a heads-up: the only way to upgrade during a trial is by purchasing a membership extension.
I did that and received no confirmation for my WHOOP 5.0 to be shipped, I only received an email with my invoice for the membership extension…
What should I do please ?
Hi, I upgraded to the 5.0 during the month trial with the 4.0. Do I need to send the 4.0 back? I haven’t received any information about that.

@wardu Technically you do not need to send it back. I would encourage you to look into the upcycling program however, so that another person can benefit from trying WHOOP.
As a previously happy Whoop 4 owner, and current Whoop MG owner, I would advise against upgrading. The only thing better about the new one is the battery life. All the stats are less accurate.
do you mean that the whoop 5 is less efficient and less accurate than the whoop 4? doesn’t the whoop 5 have more readings of the body data ?

i am currently into a trial period with a whoop 4 device, into the PEAK plan.
i need already to register a credit card, so the only info I have in the APP is that it is going to start to be charged soon.. but does it means it will charge and also send the whoop 5 device? thanks a lot
