I have been using whoop 4.0 for about 2 months and today I extended my whoop membership for 1 year and I should get a free 5.0 device but I am not able to upgrade because it is showing that I have buy the device and membership again if I want whoop 5.0. I have e-mailing with whoop support team but I all the replies are from the AI. I would like the whoop team to contact me and help me resolve my problem
