When I try to log how much water I drank in a day, it asks me how many glasses I drank, not liters. It makes it harder to measure and track. Is there a general measurement for what a glass of water is that I’m missing?

Good question, and good call out about glasses. WHOOP goes with the standard “8 oz glass,” which is about 240 ml. If you usually track in liters, here’s the quick math:

  • 1 glass = ~240 ml

  • 1 liter = ~4.2 glasses

So:

  • 2 liters = about 8–9 glasses

  • 3 liters = about 12–13 glasses

Isn’t the app supposed to be doing the conversion from glasses to liters or ounces? More intuitive

I mean I would love to have a small button to choose from L, Oz or glasses, as many people use large water bottles measured in liters/ounces not glasses.
