I’ve noticed recovery is predominantly based on hrv which is less than ideal during certain phases of a women’s cycle. Specially, most of the time my hrv drops right before my menstrual cycle and during- leading to low recovery scores despite prioritizing sleep, diet, etc. It would be great to have a way to connect hormonal changes to hrv instead of attributing the drop to over training, lack of sleep etc.
I don’t believe whoop does this but I could be wrong?
