HI I always run with my Whoop in an arm sleeve which for 90% of my run is bang on.
The issue is as i just start the run the HR goes off the chart then settles down again to what is normal. The HR has spiked to as high as 300 sometimes which would probably mean I’m dead. Not sure what is going on.
This along with the steps being very accurate is making me less confident with the product. I purchased mainly for the health span feature which is driven by steps and also HR zones which are wrong. I can assure the bicep band was not placed wrong or wrong size.
I have added three runs to show but they are all the same. All runs start off easy and i can compare to my Apple Watch which is connected to a polar H10 chest strap at least 40 beats per min difference
