Hi everyone,
I’m training in my gym with the Milon circuit ( milongroup: home - milongroup ) – for those who don’t know it: it’s a guided training system with a set of electronic strength and cardio machines, where all exercises are time-based and the resistance is measured in watts instead of kilograms/lbs. Every single Milon machine can actually be found in the Whoop exercise library, but only with kg as the resistance unit, not watts.
My challenge: Whoop’s Strength Trainer (and exercise library) only allows me to log weights in kg/lbs, but Milon only displays watts. This makes it tricky to track or compare my sessions properly.
My question to the community:
-
Is there a good way to convert watts into kg/lbs for tracking strength training in Whoop?
-
Does anyone know if Whoop is planning to add support for watt-based resistance (e.g. for Milon or similar systems)?
-
How are other users currently logging their Milon sessions (e.g. as Functional Fitness, Strength Trainer, or some workaround)?
Would love to hear if there’s a best practice here or if Whoop is considering adding Milon as a workout type in the future.
Thanks!
