If you need to return your WHOOP accessories or wireless battery, just reach out to Membership Services with your product details and any required documentation. A representative will review your request and let you know if it qualifies under the Lifetime Warranty.
If your product is covered, WHOOP will guide you through the next steps for your warranty claim. If it’s not, you can purchase a replacement directly through the WHOOP Shop. While there aren’t any return fees listed, please note that WHOOP doesn’t offer refunds for replacement devices once they’ve been shipped.
