How to Return an Unused Sensor--HELP!

I am trying to return an unused sensor (one I bought after thinking I lost my other one, which I subsequently found). I have been trying for weeks to get customer service beyond an AI-generated interaction. I do not get a “Returns” option in my app or on the website no matter what I do and I am unable to find information about what to do in this case. As mentioned, numerous emails to customer service with bot-generated promises to get back to me if I send along my case number (which I have done) yield nothing. Does anyone have any insight about what I can do to return this? It just shouldn’t be this hard to do a simple thing but I think that is how WHOOP now works.
