I’ve good quality sleep…but me recovery is low
Hey @PinalLalakia,
There are a bunch of different factors that impact your overall recovery other than sleep. Here are a few things that work for me.
- Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water throughout the day keeps your body running smoothly and supports the recovery process.
- Eat well: A balanced, nutrient-rich diet gives your body the fuel it needs to repair and rebuild.
- Stick to a sleep schedule: Going to bed and waking up around the same time every day helps regulate your internal clock and can improve sleep quality.
- Make space for rest: Include rest days or light movement like stretching or yoga. Your body needs downtime to recover properly so it’s important not to overtrain everyday.
- Manage stress: Tools like meditation, deep breathing, or just taking a moment to slow down can make a big difference.
- Try recovery-boosting activities: Think sauna sessions, yoga nidra, or even a quiet walk in nature.
- Limit alcohol and late-night screens: This is a big one. Both can mess with your recovery, especially your sleep.
Give these a try and let me know. I’m interested to know what works for you!
