I’ve had the Whoop for just under two weeks and as of noon yesterday it stopped pairing. I have followed all trouble shooting steps and it will not pair.

Here are some steps that have worked for me in the past when I had the same issue:
- Make sure your WHOOP appears with pulsing blue LEDs (showing it’s in pairing mode). Try slipping on the battery pack when starting to pair to activate this.
- In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget any previously connected WHOOP devices.
- Power off your phone completely (not just a restart), wait 10 seconds, and power it back on.
- Make sure your phone and WHOOP app are up to date.
- Open the WHOOP app, go to More > Device Settings > Advanced > Pair a Device, and select your sensor from the list.
If using Android, please ensure Location Services are enabled and permissions for Bluetooth and Location are granted to the WHOOP app.
If you see flashing blue and white lights on the device, keep tapping firmly on top of the sensor until you see only blue lights for pairing mode.

Thank you for responding. Did it all. Nothing works. The blue light will not come on at all.
Same issue with the new 5.0. No flashing blue lights so it isn’t going into pairing mode.
same here I haven’t found any solution it just won’t blink blue
Any solution to the issue. Had to reinstall iOS and now whoop wont connect nor enter the pairing mode.
Anyone found a solution for this? Can’t pair or get a blue light. Support is unavailable useless
I’ve got the same problem today. Whoop didn’t pair and I was unable to get the blue light of pairing.
What finally helped: I’ve initiated re-pairing in the app again, took device off, closed the strap lock, as if I wear it and attached the charger. And the device jumped into blue-light pairing mode!
This worked for me as well!! Kept on googling and could not find an answer until I read @DG0lden comment and I tried that. After taking it off and putting the charger on and tapping, it worked like a charm!! Thank you!
